The Client agrees to provide all necessary content, materials, and information required for the completion of the project. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all materials provided do not infringe on any third-party rights.
The Client agrees to pay the Company the fees as outlined in the proposal or contract. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in the proposal or contract. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in a delay in project delivery and additional late fees.
The Client agrees to reimburse the Company for any additional costs incurred during the project, such as third-party services, stock images, or software licenses, provided these costs are pre-approved by the Client.
The Company agrees to provide a reasonable number of revisions to the project as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number will be billed at the Company’s standard hourly rate.
The Client agrees to provide timely feedback and approvals to ensure the project stays on schedule. Delays in feedback or approvals may result in project delays.
The Company will provide a refund if the Client can show proof that the Company did not follow the agreed-upon requirements. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing with evidence of non-compliance.

Upon full payment, the Client will own the rights to the final website. The Company retains the rights to all preliminary designs, code, and non-finalized work.
The Company reserves the right to include the completed project in its portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.
The Client may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice to the Company. The Client will be responsible for all fees and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Client fails to comply with these terms and conditions. In such cases, the Client will be responsible for all fees and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
The Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Company agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any information to third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.
